Teeswater Concrete is a family-owned full service ready-mix concrete supplier with locations in Brunner, Brussels, Clinton, Hanover, Teeswater, and Tiverton. For over 45 years Teeswater Concrete has proudly been serving Southwestern Ontario.

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

- Consistently monitor work areas to ensure safety standards are met

- Provide excellent service to customers

- Operate ready-mix plant to ensure quality concrete production

- Take orders over the phone and schedule concrete deliveries

- Supervise and dispatch trucks to fulfill order requirements

- Supervise and lead employees

- Ensure inventory levels are maintained

- Communicate effectively with team members

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000

Final salary based on qualifications & experience.
