Plumbing Dispatcher

Clean Water Works, a leading full-service environmental company, is looking for a Plumbing Dispatcher to join its team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for plumbing technicians, including assigning work orders and dispatching technicians to job sites.
• Communicate effectively with plumbers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitor technicians to ensure timely job completion and manage future calls efficiently by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage email communications to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective coordination.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during daily operations by coordinating with technicians, customers, and suppliers to find timely solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and organization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proactive and capable of taking initiative to identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work overtime occasionally and adapt to changing schedules or emergency situations, demonstrating reliability and dedication to the job.
• Familiarity with phone systems, scheduling software, and proper phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and maintain accurate records.
