Duties
- Answer all phone lines efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and evaluate incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule for HVAC and Plumbing Technicians.
- Communicate with Technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate arrival times.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Experience
- Proficient in data entry and able to type accurately and quickly.
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Experience using Asana or similar dispatching systems an asset such as Jobber
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer orders and determine appropriate actions.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Plumbers, customers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Plumbing process and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in under pressure, be detail-oriented, and have a strong geographical knowledge
- Adaptability, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks are crucial in this role
