As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 
Looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Princing & Reporting analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to Project Financial Services, Director you will be responsible, but not limted to the following.
Pricing

-Assisting in the annual preparation of Fee Schedules for each of our countries and certain business lines.
-On an ongoing basis assist in establishing client engagement rates.
Confidential Salary Based Pricing 
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-For client engagements requiring salary-based pricing:-

-Determine pricing derived from confidential salary information and the established contractual formula.
-And if needed calculate the invoice reconciliation between employe category rate and the salary-based rate.
-Provide billing support and guidance to client engagements that are based on salary-based pricing.
-Support any client audits of our salary-based billing.
-Assist in the development of pricing procedures and governance reports.
Standard costing

-Assist in calculating, on a quarterly basis, internal labor standard hourly costs for our various legal entities.
Reporting and Analytics
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Research, analyze and respond to ad hoc requests for pricing information from within the organization, including preparation of presentations to the leadership team as requested.
-Evaluate, comprehend, and interpret data and present it in a logical, straight-forward manner.
 
What you bring:
              
Technical
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Strong knowledge of Excel. 
-Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
-Experience with pricing in a professional services industry
Work Experience
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-2- 5 years’ work experience
-Analytics experience is welcome.
-An understanding of standard costing or pricing
-Worked in a project environment.
Soft Skills
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Self-motivation and an ability to work within tight deadline.
-Ability to work within a team environment in a collaborative manner.
Education
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Finance or Accounting background preferred.
