Sharp Bus Lines is looking to add a dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional Driver Trainerto our team. Our ideal candidate is:
- A strong communicator with exceptional leadership skills
- An innovative thinker who can hold the attention of audiences in an engaging and educating manner
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups of all sizes
- Reliable, with an impeccable attendance record
- Has already completed P.R.I.D.E. Certified Training (not a requirement) or meets criteria
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of School Bus Driving Experience (licensed with a B-class licence for at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of Hamilton area
- Have a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel is considered an asset
The primary focus in this full-time position will be hands-on training, constituting approximately 95% of your responsibilities to ensure a comprehensive, practical, and immersive training experience. Light administrative duties are involved in the role for record keeping and related tasks to ensure overall success of the program.
