AddressThe Production supervisor is responsible for maintaining all production activities within our organization, as well as , direct involvement with process improvement throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment that will work with all levels of employees and management within our facility and coordinating ideas into evaluation and implementation. The production manager/supervisor will also be responsible for the logistics of our products and schedule in order to meet time lines.
Job Functions;
1. Coordinate and Supervise all production activities (production planning, procurement, product manufacturing, quality standard application etc.) on schedule.
2. Supervise department by ensuring all aspects of production, fabrication, and quality are met.
3. Train and evaluate employees in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
4. Resolve work/machinery problems and request material and supplies when required.
5. Continuously monitor process for safety, quality, efficiency, etc.
6. Responsible for logistics, domestic and abroad.
Qualifications
- Production engineer technician an asset
- Supervisory experience required
- 2 years, production or fabrication experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and direct others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet research skills.
- Welding Experience/Knowledge is a HUGE ASSET
- WELDING SUPERVISOR STEEL CWB CERTIFICATE ALSO A HUGE ASSET

Salary: $56,590.00-$85,410.00 per year
