Purpose:
The Production Supervisor, with support from the Production Manager, oversees and directs production processes, including potential night shifts. The role involves supervising production employees, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, maintaining a safe working environment, and optimizing production efficiency.
Duties & Accountabilities:
- Supervise production processes.
- Verify daily production numbers.
- Schedule workers for shifts.
- Report to Lead Supervisor.
- Ensure production costs are within budget.
- Support production orders with Bill of Materials.
- Record packaging usage.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with Quality department.
- Participate in weekly production meetings.
- Minimize production downtime and change-over times.
- Confirm daily payroll via ADP system.
- Generate labels as per customer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong motivational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
