PRODUCTION WORKER/ASSEMBLER

CLEANFIX NORTH AMERICA INC located at 250 Wright Blvd in Stratford Ontario has a full-time position available for a Production Worker / Assembler.

The company is a progressive and rapidly growing manufacturing business focused on the production and assembling reversible engine cooling fans. CLEANFIX Reversible Fans are used in construction, municipal, agricultural, forestry and recycling machines such as tractors, material handlers, excavators, wheel loaders, combines, sprayers, dozers, skid steers, and a variety of other industrial equipment.

CLEANFIX equipped machines are known for their maintenance free, automatic radiator cleaning and significant fuel savings. CLEANFIX variable pitch fan also contribute to optimal cooling and extended vehicle lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Fulfill and build customer orders for cooling fan kits and spare parts from picking list

· Fulfill and build internal production orders for internal supply requirements

· Receive incoming goods from suppliers, returned items and general shipments.

· Package outgoing orders and attach shipping labels as required.

· General routines, such as: work station clean up, equipment maintenance, shop clean up.

· General production activities as they relate to quality, production and the company in general.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical skills
• A strong hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Basic MS software knowledge. Ability to learn basic production software functions
• Organised and efficient approach to work
• Pride in a work well done
• Problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Confidence
• Teamworking skills
• Valid Fork Lift Truck License or willing to take the license with us
• High energy and a well-developed sense of urgency are essential requirements of the position
• Valid Drivers license to come to work

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Mechanical Assembly Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
• Assembly: 2 years (required)
