Rolmaster Conveyors requires a permanent full-time Production Worker at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.

Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 7:00 am to 11 am). Overtime is paid after 42 hours. Location is on the bus route.
Must be able to read a tape measure without help.
Applicants must be located in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Use of production manufacturing equipment (belt sander, saw, grinder, press)
- Assembly of conveyor components (including rollers)
- Helping other departments as required (degreasing, cleaning, assembly)
- General housekeeping duties (keep the area in department clean and free of slip/trip hazards)
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a machine-shop/manfacturing environment.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English (both written and verbal)
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Works well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push and pull a minimum of 100lbs.
- Must be able to work proficiently with hands and wrists and be able to grasp objects
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate machinery
- Must provide CSA-approved steel toe shoes (measure a min of 8" from the floor to the top side)
- Must be able to pass mandatory Math, Grammar, and Health & Safety testing
- Must be able to read a tape measure

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
