We are currently recruiting for Summer Studentsat our Rubber Mixing facility, located at 341 Erie Street, Stratford, Ontario. This position is in a unionized environment and offers a competitive hourly wage, plus overtime and an excellent benefit and pension package.

Primary Duties
Perform all necessary operations in the Bulk room.
Perform all operations necessary to mix batches as per required recipes.
Operate a mixer following all safety and work instructions.
Operate Mills following all safety and work instructions.
Ensure continuous operation of mixers and mills.
Abide by all safety procedures and policies.
Secondary Duties
Operate a Fork lift to supply necessary materials to different parts of the process.
Perform required clean-up duties.
Provide necessary relief to fellow operators for break periods.
Other duties as required.
Employment Requirements
Forklift operator certificate – Company will provide training.
Be physically fit and capable of handling loads up to 50 pounds without assistance.
USWA Union – Local 168.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.58-$26.56 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
