Position Overview
You’re a big-picture thinker who cares about details and knows how to integrate and achieve strategic objectives to ensure programs are bound for success. With your excellent leadership skills, You know how to motivate, influence, and effectively manage a team to successfully deliver the most complex of programs. We need someone like you to step into our Program Director, Customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Modernization position.
Reporting to the vice president, customer service and external relations, you will use your innovative problem-solving and sound judgment to guide a team in addressing the business's priorities. As a natural collaborator, your strong communication skills have made you a trusted advisor.

In this role, you will:
-Lead the achievement of regulatory approval to proceed with project implementation by filing a comprehensive regulatory application in 2024.
-Steer and be accountable for delivering the project business case, regulatory application, and phase zero planning and scope development.
-Innovate and establish program management oversight tools, standards, and change management practices that lead to and support project approval.
-Effectively assemble and direct a multi-skilled team, including internal and external contractors and partners.
What it takes:
-A bachelor’s degree in business or information technology from a recognized program.
-A minimum of 15 years’ experience in leadership, business planning, program and project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Exceptional strategic thinking skills to lead complex projects in customer service, human resources, finance, and supply chain program processes, systems, and practices is considered an asset.
-Excellent leadership and organization skills to manage evolving projects and organizational transformations while leveraging your extensive knowledge in a variety of business areas.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our vice president and a team of leaders, while guiding the delivery of the project business case.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
