JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should have strong Program Management / Test Management experience for more than 10+ years
- Should have strong SAP Testing experience, especially SAP S4 HANA Test Management for large transformation programs
- Should be able to lead a team of 30+ team members in an offshore-onshore model
- Should have strong exposure to organizing & leading leadership meetings such as Steering Co Meetings
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing (Performance, Security, Automation) would be preferred.
- Preferably a Canadian Citizen
