The role of the Program Manager reports into the Sr. Director, Network Implementation West.  In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring regional delivery in service of Stakeholder Partners, process alignment, identify opportunities for integration and improvement.
As part of the recruitment process, successful candidates will be required to complete criminal and credit background checks.
What you will do
:
-Provide overall program management support to the key programs managed by the West Wireline Implementation Teams
-Drive project execution, governance, monitor and track all project milestones and activities required by the program
-Establish project plans as required including scope, schedule + sequencing and dependency analysis. Provide regular updates to leadership, including progress, risks, and resolutions (this includes presenting to the senior leadership team from time to time as required)
-Identify business / functional gaps and provide recommendations. Coordinate implementation with the business/program owners
-Ensure the quality of all deliverables with regards to all KPIs relevant to internal and external teams / organizations
-Actively assess and manage risks, issues and clearly communicate escalations as and when required.  Ensure all risks, issues and escalations are brought to resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner
-Produce and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, thorough meeting notes and follow up on action items to resolution
-“See it, Own it, Solve it” mentality and the ability to incrementally improve inefficient processes and ways of working
What you bring:
-Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
-Knowledge and understanding of wireline and wireless network key business drivers, processes, and systems are assets
-Detail oriented with an aptitude for tracking progress across many initiatives
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Oracle knowledge
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally across various organizations and the ability to influence / manage to drive results
-A mindset of creativity, innovation, and energetic drive to succeed
-Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
