Project Coordinator

Presently we are currently looking to recruit a full-time, Project Coordinator to join our team for work in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and prepared to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and equipment;
• Review drawings and specifications by trade/work section and make project notes;
• Compilation and distribution of tender invitations;
• Monitoring and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures;
• Ensure project communications are in line with company and client expectations and key performance indicators, including but not limited to: Health, safety, and environmental matters, Quality reporting, Progress reporting, Change management, Project closeout;
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
• Manage job planning and sequencing per project scope;
• Controlling the change management and RFI process;
• Procurement related activities when requested: Getting quotes from vendors, Creating PO's, Receiving material;
• Assist quality control teams as needed including inspections, as-builts, check sheets, and completion of turnover binders;
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable;
• Being a key contributor to the development of Threeosix’s safe work culture by taking part and leading such discussions;

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology Degree
• Knowledge in construction best practice and methodology
• Minimum 2 years project related experience
• Ability to maintain a consistent professional manner and positive attitude
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
