Project Director - Commercial Offices - 20+ Years - Riyadh, Ksa

• Lead the delivery of G+70 Commercial Offices delivery for a giga project
• Contribute to the KSA Vision 2030

Our client is a leading mixed use giga project in KSA central to the KSA Vision 2030. It is a multi billion project focusing on luxury hospitality, Commercial Offices, retail among others

1. 
   Strategic Planning:
   • Develop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirements
   • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
   • Establish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency
2. 
   Project Management:
   • Lead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout
   • Coordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
   • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessary
   • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
3. 
   Stakeholder Coordination:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related matters
   • Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concerns
   • Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
4. 
   Quality Assurance and Control:
   • Establish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities
