Job Description
Strategic Planning:- Develop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirements
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Establish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency
Project Management:- Lead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout
- Coordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
Stakeholder Coordination:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related matters
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concerns
- Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Quality Assurance and Control:- Establish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities
