Identity Ink is hiring a Project Manager with a knack for multitasking! You pay close attention to detail and have an ability to manage multiple varied projects simultaneously. You work well under pressure, and are driven to provide clients with the best solution to their needs. You thrive with organizational structure and clarity, but embrace challenge when something changes unexpectedly. You are a results-driven creative problem solver with strong decision-making skills. You have a keen ability to adapt your demeanour to your environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, clients, and vendors. You value a collaborative and open work environment on a small team of like-minded people and are interested in a position where there is room for growth.

This is a full time, in-office position with regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Identity Ink is a dog friendly workplace, and dogs ranging from 1-80lbs are onsite most workdays.

Salary: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Primary Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings for quoting opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and viability of project specifications, following from quoting to production.

- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
- Ongoing development of industry knowledge to expertly recommend the best solutions for your client’s needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with other team members to ensure quality and delivery of orders.
- Clearly communicate timeline expectations with clients.
- Monitor progress and manage adjustments as required.
- Develop relationships with installers in other territories to facilitate project completion.
- Complete local site visits as required.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators and measurables.
- Other duties as directed by the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications

- Required: High school diploma. Post-secondary education in project management or related field is an asset.
- Required: Valid driver’s license and vehicle for completing site visits within Calgary.
- Experience in large format printing, construction, and/or manufacturing is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, clients, and vendors.
- Strong commitment to excellence and quality of service.
