Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of painting projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects.
• Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field an asset.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the painting or construction industry an asset.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment an asset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and excellence.
• Valid driver's license.
