Expected Salary: $63,055 to $94,683

In this role, you will:

• Manage an array of projects in support of the sustainment of Canada’s fleet of Victoria Class Submarines. These projects vary from modifications to the submarines through to management of new process initiatives in support of the wider Submarine Enterprise.
• Be an integral member of a first-class Project Management team.
• Be responsible to the Sustainment Projects Team Senior Manager for the delivery of your assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with submarine project customers and Sustainment Project stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of sub-contracts with procurement sub-contract managers in support of the assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with all working practices within the project, paying particular attention to corporate procedures, safety standards, and local project specific procedures as necessary.
• Ensure all Quality and Health & Safety standards are maintained and communicate Health and Safety issues as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate brings:

• You have a recognized University Degree or College diploma in Project Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• You have 3 to 7 years’ experience in successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• You are a positive, resilient, and focused individual.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
