Kuby Energy services Western and Northern Canada, providing full-service residential and commercial solar power and energy storage solutions. Position Summary

Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of renewable energy systems and a proven track record of managing complex projects to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle management of renewable energy projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project duration.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal management, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project delivery.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and address any project-related concerns.
• Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to renewable energy project management.
• Other Duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Management (Foreman Or Supervisor) experience.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Journeyperson electrician ticket.
• Familiarity with the solar energy industry in Alberta & BC.
• Residential & Commercial building electrical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP designation (or working towards).
• Degree or Diploma in a field related to project management.
• Solar Specific Knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
