Project Manager

Headquartered in Kamloops, British Columbia, Digital Convergence is a digital capabilities firm with our team spanning coast to coast across Canada. • Lead multiple complex projects and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Facilitate unblocking the team through internal coordination and/or with external stakeholders.
• Utilize project and resource management software to plan, forecast and monitor project KPIs.
• Manage client expectations alongside project scope and changes, schedule, resources and budget.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings such as project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, etc.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
• Monitor, track and document project issues and risks to proactively establish mitigation plans.
• Draft, create and execute Statements of Work before stakeholder engagements and Sign-Off Agreements upon project delivery.
• Assist with the implementation, streamlining and documentation, project management processes and procedures.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in a technology / consulting firm and post-secondary education in a related field.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and project and resource management software.
• Adept knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Passion for driving positive change within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects from start to completion.
• Ability to manage change and stakeholder expectations alongside scope, judgement and timelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to establish trust and rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging stakeholders.

• Are professional, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Have the willingness to work outside of normal working hours, if required.
• Are resourceful and creative in solving problems effectively.
• Have a proven track record of leading and delivering projects successfully.
• Enjoy working first-hand with executives and heads of business units to help accelerate their growth.

• Experience working with a Drupal shop or CMS technology-based organization would be an asset.
• Certified ScrumMaster and SAFe Certification would be an asset.
