SalaryBurk’s Falls is seeking an experienced Janitor/maintenance person to help maintain our facilities. Our ideal candidate has a background in cleaning and groundskeeping, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of cleaning duties, and is capable of working independently without supervision. We're seeking hardworking, responsible and team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. Responsibilities: Clean the offices, conference rooms and bathrooms, change trash and vacuum and wash floors and general maintenance.
Duties: Janitor/ Maintenance Worker is involved in a diverse range of job activities that will include and not limited to the cleaning of three municipal facilities and general maintenance for the Almaguin Highlands Health Centre, Medical building, and the Municipal office.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma. Experience in janitorial services, building maintenance and Health and Safety awareness.

The position is a contract position of 30 hours a week at a rate of $27.00 per hour with possibility of additional shifts . The position is a contract position with some day, evening, and weekend shifts through a flexible schedule.
