Project Coordinator

```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and reports
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking
- Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and coordinating with vendors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards

-Conduct accurate material and product take-offs for project requirements

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the landscaping industry
- Experience using landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, DynaScape) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines

- CET certification is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
