At Pentagon Group, we deliver a dynamic and safety focused work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, maintain and evaluate construction projects, from start to finish.
· Handle project administration, including cost and schedule control.
· Create reports and project updates to the Management team.
· Submit construction project budget estimates.
· Maintain daily progress communication with clients.
· Daily monitoring and tracking of field operations completion tasks.
· Administer change orders with clients.
· Request and track City permits, and utility locates.
· Administer work order through Nika Manager.
· Update and track clean copies of as-builts, issued by the civil team.
· Additional administrative support to the front office, as required.
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
· Detail-oriented and above average organizational skills.
· Ability to take directions well and implement new skills quickly.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience administering electronic databases & file management.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Friendly & approachable personality, team oriented.
· Knowledge of telecommunications or construction industry a strong asset.
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting program an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
