We are looking for a full-time permanent Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.
What will you be doing?
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Construction Project Managers with project management and documentation. The Project Coordinator will oversee administrative tasks, ensuring documentation and resources are in order and available for the Construction Project Managers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Management of all project documentation including the review, completion & return of all but not limited to:
- Project Admin Documents – Ins/WSIB/Safety/etc.
- Contracts/PO & all required preliminary submittals
- Transmittals & Shop Drawings (Initial Submission, Review and Revision of Returned, etc.)
- RFI’s, CO’s/CD’s & Change Orders/Directives
- Contract Billing (Monthly preparation, submission and tracking)
- Out Documents – Product & Install Warranty
- Assist the current Project Management Team in the day-to-day duties of a project’s administration
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain shop drawings, product info & warranty documentation
- Coordinate & Monitor Logistical & Equipment requirements for Construction Projects
- Prepare & Issue PO’s to vendors and sub-contractors
- Monitor project budgets & track job costing/profitability
- Work collaboratively with the PM & NDS Install Coordinator to project future labour requirements and arranges site forces in line with project schedules, etc.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly project invoicing
- Monitor & report on monthly Construction Receivables & track all pending and outstanding Hold Back Payments
- Assist to ensure NDS executes work in accordance with project schedules and work plans & help to ensure the project team adheres to timelines and other critical deliverables
- Attend project sites to support during Construction Project Meetings
- Manage and track all projects through completion of the warranty period while tracking all
- Perform additional assignments and duties as requested and required

- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to create, develop and maintain positive business relationships w/ suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors & colleagues/departments
- Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level
