SalaryPickering based General Contracting Firm seeking a full time Commercial Site Supervisor/Superintendent. Working closely with Project Mangers, consultants, sub-trades and client representatives. With a focus on safety, schedule, quality of work, budget and client services the candidate must be able work within a team and be a team leader on-site.
Our company specializes in retail construction ranging from 2M - 20M in project value.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Construction Projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. - Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions. - Coordinate logistics, resources, and materials to optimize project efficience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
