Position Title:Construction Project Coordinator

Position Type: Full time, Remote/On-Site, 1 year Contract (until project completion)

Location: Glengarry, Ontario

If the selected candidate does not reside in Glengarry, they are expected to work on-site a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), with remote work for the remaining days. A car allowance will be provided.

Your role at Prism will include:

· Involvement in Construction Project from design phase through completion & close-out/deficiency period

· Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.

· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the schedule.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

· Generate regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.

· Organize and maintain project files, records, and correspondence.

· Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

· Coordinate meetings and ensure effective communication of project requirements.

· Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budgetary controls.

· Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to project specifications.

· You have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Project Coordinator on commercial and industrial projects OR you truly believe you can deliver the results required for this position

· You are self-motivated, results driven, and prefer working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· The following will be considered assets for your application:

o experience with construction in Ontario

o experience with food processing/cold storage projects

o PMP certification
