The Proposal Coordinator is a self-starter with excellent writing skills who will contribute to the overall Proposals team to communicate the company's strengths. What You'll Do:
Plan, write, edit, and proofread proposals and proposal strategy
Review RFPs to ensure compliance for final submissions
Collaborate with the Proposal teams and Business Development teams
Be responsible for sourcing for bids
Collaborate with the Design team to create PowerPoints for presentations
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud
A strong eye for graphic design
Experience in the Architecture industry is a bonus!
