```Duties```
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of the organization
- To implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and professional development opportunities
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Have the knowledge of How Does Learning Happen Pedagogy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and a lines with Ministry Of Education guidelines.
-Have experience handling any escalated issues or conflicts that may arise between staff and/or parents
```Qualifications```
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education and be in good standing as a RECE.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Special education background or experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies
