1.Purpose of the position
• Ensures the various handling tasks related to the reception, storage, shipping of inventoried and non-inventoried components and the collection of raw materials, in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Main functions
Reception, Distribution, Storage
▪ Receive the material.
▪ Collect raw materials.
▪ Store the material in the warehouse.
▪ Optimize storage spaces.
▪ Take orders (Manufacturing, Packaging, shipping)
▪ Carry out production supply
▪ Process requests for destruction of equipment.
▪ Carry out cyclical inventory taking.
▪ Share any irregularities and suggest improvements.
▪ Respect departmental procedures.
▪ Respect reception, storage and shipping deadlines.
▪ Maintain the workspace safe and clean.
▪ Comply with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.
QUALITY
• Participates in monitoring the internal audit program (self-inspection with Quality Assurance)

TECHNICAL COLLABORATION
▪ Handling a pallet truck and forklift
▪ Comfortable with technology
3. Knowledge and skills required:
a) Training required
DEC or Secondary V with equivalent combination of experience and academic training
b) Languages
French and English
c) Special experience and knowledge
5 years of relevant experience in the Distribution sector (pharmaceutical sector an asset)
Flexibility, Good interpersonal relations, Teamwork
d) Specific technical skills
Handling a pallet truck and forklift (training card required)
Comfortable with technology
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, any other experience with an ERP or WMS
