Accounting Clerk And Reception

Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone (receptionist phone shared by 3 people)
- Assist the Controller and CO with many different requests
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Filing
- Enter orders in Sage 300
- Respond to emails quickly and efficiently
- Some marketing and business development
- Utilize accounting software system such as Sage 300 to perform daily tasks
