We are looking for a friendly and confident receptionist!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answering calls and inquiries from clients, directing calls to the correct person.
· Emailing clients and coordinating with other departments to respond to client inquiries
· Assisting the admin team, preparing documents, data entry and maintaining data in CRMs.
· Assisting the financial team with invoicing and billing
· Booking business trips, airplanes, renting cars and tradeshows
· Assisting different departments with their documentation needs.
· Taking meeting minutes.
· Assisting in meetings, preparing documents, ordering food.
· Ordering office supplies.
· Entering client data and maintaining current a information.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· DEC or Degree in a related field.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Bilingual in French and English is a requirement
· Experience in Microsoft
· Experiences in CRMS is a benefit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
