Position Title: Reception - Customer Service Specialist
Direct reports: N/A
Hours of Work: Full-Time (35 Hours/week)/ Part-Time (21-28 hours/week)
Position available immediately
Position Summary: The Reception Customer Service Specialist is responsible for serving and building relationships with customers by fielding inbound calls via phone and on-line. Reception will be expected to direct calls or complete sales while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales volume growth
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional manner that exceeds customer expectations.
- Assist customers with floral, plant, specialty container, and accessory selection;
- Take an active role in maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships, including following up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Help Operation coordinator maintain office filing and customer accounts.
- Managing customer complaint/ resolution process
- Ensure Office and staff room area is tidy and presentable
- Oversee the timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail deliveries?
- Solid aptitude for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solutions for customers.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/retail
- Experience working in a fast paced, detail oriented, customer first environment.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency/ Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Comfortable using computers and modern software.

Conditions of work:

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
