Bodyshop in south Winnipeg is looking for a skilled and ambitious administrative assistant to help our busy and growing auto body shop. We are looking for someone to join our team who has previous autobody front office including experience using Mitchell Connect, ICloud glass and has a baseline understanding of MPI policies and procedures.
`Responsibilities:```
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns from clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computerized systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
