Full time Day shift Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Greet and assist customers
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, accepting customer payments and preparing bank deposits.
-Data entry and bookkeeping. Experience with Sage50 an asset.
- Prepare and mail invoices
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.39-$23.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
