Luxury Car dealership in North York is looking for an receptionist/administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills.
-Booking and confirming appointments
-Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly, business-like manner.
-accurate and concise written communication skills.
-excellent verbal and written English skills.
-Experience with managing social media.
-Self motivated & self-starting individual with a positive attitude.
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Filing
Financial Duties:
- Processing expense reports
- Billing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
