Some of the duties the Receptionist is responsible for:
1. Answering telephone and in-person receptionist duties.
2. Troubleshooting telephone system when issues arise or opening a service ticket with IT to solve problems.
3. Maintaining phone lists (internal & external).
4. Editing/Processing documents through Word, Excel and Adobe.
Including the development and maintenance of data/tracking forms that are program specific.
5. Distributing documents as per distribution guidelines.
6. Filing client related documents and assisting accounting department with filing when required.
7. Distribution of incoming mail and ensuring outgoing mail is posted.
8. Distribution of incoming faxes and faxing documents for managers and supervisors, as required.
9. Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
10. Photocopying as required.
11. Staff ID cards and back up support for the Fob/Door locking system
12. Maintenance of photocopier, printers, and fax machines.
13. Supporting the work of the Fund Development coordinator.
14. Arranging for couriers, when required.
15. Other related duties, as required
