Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks on customer communications
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Experience working with phone and being comfortable talking face to face with people
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for communication and document management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate information to customers

Salary: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
