- Assist salon staff with various tasks and duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Utilize computerized systems and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Suite) for scheduling, record keeping, and other salon operations

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn salon-specific procedures and protocols
