Regional Sales Manager

DMK Skincare Canada is looking for a Regional Sales and Education Manager for British Columbia, preferably located in the greater Vancouver area. This person is responsible for driving DMK sales through treatment, product and brand education for current, active retail accounts. While, increasing DMK market share by acquiring new, qualified retail accounts.

Job Functions:

• Ensure strong partnership and collaboration with the retailers
• Provide educational support for retailers
• Meet sales objectives and goals
• Pursue new retail accounts via qualified leads
• Actively seek out and vet sales leads
• Demonstrate treatments and product use in current and potential retail accounts
• Organize and execute treatment and product education in regular time intervals
• Ensure retail environments are consistent with DMK standards
• Accountable for travel and expense budget
• Manage and track performance of active retail accounts
• Availability to travel when needed
• Deliver direction from home office and manage consistency in the field

TRAVEL:

• Heavy travel, must have their own vehicle, or access to vehicle daily
• Must be able to travel by car, air, train, etc.

Job Type: Guaranteed Retainer plus Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $24,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
