- Establish relationship with terminated group plan members and review their investments and provide guidance related to their financial needs
- Review investments and help with asset consolidation
- Contribute to sales target and asset retention
- Receives and responds to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients
- Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members
- Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends
- Assists with special projects, as required
Requirements
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
- Valid and active Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a) an asset
- 0 to 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans, Defined Benefit and tax legislation
- Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen
- Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
- Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel
- CEBS or PPAC an asset
