Job description

Savanta is a thriving insights, research and data consultancy that informs and inspires clients to Make Better Decisions. Working with high-profile organizations and some of the world’s best-known brands, we offer a full range of integrated intelligence services at global scale – underpinned by sector, audience and methodological expertise – delivered with entrepreneurial spirit and a client-first mindset.

As part of ambitious growth plans, we currently have an opportunity for an eager early career professional to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Research Analyst, you’ll be a critical and foundational piece for the day-to-day management in the delivery of high-quality research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making. Working across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Project Leads, your core day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensuring that our research enables clients to fully meet their objectives;
  • Analyzing the results of the research to create a compelling story and provide strategic recommendations;
  • Presenting engaging presentations, and leading workshops that help ensure our outcomes drive change;
  • Overseeing project tasks carried out by the wider support team – from scripting to fieldwork and supplier management, ensuring project timings and budgets are met;
  • Ensuring accuracy of all client deliverables.

About You

At Savanta, Research Analysts are fast, efficient and accurate workers new to the research industry, who can quickly learn and apply new skills to ensure client objectives will be achieved:

  • A basis for analyzing data to extract pertinent insights and actionable recommendations;
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated mindset and drive to reach goals;
  • Ability to foresee potential challenges in projects and proactively tackle them;
  • Ability to provide feedback, support and additional points-of-view to senior colleagues to improve research products and productivity;
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn and develop and challenge the status quo;
  • Self-motivation, flexibility and an independent mind but also able to work in a team;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and within tight timeframes;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to rapidly learn and demonstrate new knowledge (e.g. working with clients in new industries);
  • Ability to utilize existing and new technologies to improve efficiencies and overall research quality.

As well as core skills, we want to add to and enhance the Savanta culture, so more intangible, softer qualities are equally important. Our values underpin everything we do and ‘Savanteers’ embody these - we are Empowering, Curious, Entrepreneurial, Collaborative and Brave. We believe this is what makes Savanta a great place to be – talented people who want to deliver the best outcomes for their clients and each other.

Why Join Us

With offices in the UK, US, Canada, and India, over 600 staff globally, and ambitious growth plans, Savanta offers the benefits of scale, whilst our specialist teams make life at Savanta feel more like working at a smaller agency. Our client portfolio includes some of the world’s best-known brands, including Fortune 100 companies.

Part of the vibrant Next 15 Communications Group, we have an entrepreneurial company culture that actively recognizes and values its people and offer unrivalled scope for career development. As well as a competitive salary and generous holiday allowance, you can expect an excellent benefits package* including Private Medical Insurance and flexible working practices.
