```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to a young man with developmental disability and autism
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Create a safe and supportive environment for a young man under your care
- Implement individualized care plan and document progress and observations
- Support individual in participating in community activities and social interactions
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the overall well-being of individual
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in autism
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and understanding of person-centered care approach
- Ability to provide compassionate and client-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
