Medical Office Administrator

Bronte Vascular Ultrasound is pleased to offer a FULL TIME position as a lead Medical Office Administrator. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate who can demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational, leadership and social skills along with being proficient at computers. Our facility specializes in high quality vascular ultrasound diagnostic services, combined with professional consultations and treatment. We work closely with a team of Vascular Surgeons specialists both from Vascular Bronte Health and the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital to ensure the best quality of care for patients. Responsibilities will include:

• Interfacing with patients: greet patients, check-in for appointments, coordinate schedules and all booking related matters
• Answer telephone lines and schedule appointments and triage appropriately
• Managing a reminder call system for patients
• Managing office inventory, organization and supply ordering as needed
• Managing billing and reconciliations with OHIP
• Participating in other administrative tasks as needed
