- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide feedback
