Retail Support Manager

We are looking for a Retail Support Manager, a position where you'll need a lot of leeway and where you'll feel like an entrepreneur. You will support our retail clients in product training, merchandising, sell through program execution and customer service. Executed to our Company’s standards to achieve stated sales goals.

Responsabilities:

• Cultivate, improve, and maintain harmonious relationships with our clientele.
• Expand our presence in the Quebec market.
• Take direct responsibility for achieving set objectives.
• Proactively address and resolve issues and concerns of clients by taking appropriate measures.
• Present to clients and/or potential clients how our products and services can optimize their costs and boost their business.
• Provide customized training based on the specific needs of each client.
• Adapt agilely to changes in client needs and the dynamic conditions of the market.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and carry out other administrative tasks with precision.
• Foster the ongoing development of our existing clientele: organize meetings with buyers and management, conduct store visits, implement merchandising actions, provide training, and ensure rigorous follow-up (reports and analyses).

Requirements:

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Able to adapt to changes and work on adaptable schedules.
• Exhibits initiative, self-direction and develops relationships easily.
• Strong Sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and confident.
• Passion to keep learning, growing, and adapting.
