Job description:Spa Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phones, book appointments and perform receptionist duties
• Greet clients and assist them during their visit
• Update client files
• Provide information to clients regarding spa services and products
• Ensure the spa operations run smoothly
• Promote spa services
• Assist in retail sales

Spa Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Relevant experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of spa coordination (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Work experience in a fast pace environment
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 41 per week
