Front Desk Receptionist

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check clients in and out, collect payments, and provide receipts
- Maintain client records and update information as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Keep the Front Desk area clean and organized

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in an office or Front Desk setting preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)

-Social media, online forums and experience with Canva
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)
