SalaryNino Darena Salon - Toronto Eaton Center is looking for an Engergetic, Customer Service Individual.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating patient information and medical records
- File and maintain patient records in an organized manner
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Proficient in using office computer systems and software for data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Strong attention to detail, including proofreading skills for accuracy of documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining files and records

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
