TITLE: Sale Representative

LOCATION: Greater Sudbury Area

REPORT TO: Branch Manager

Position Description

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, eager, target driven individual to add to our sales team. The focus of the role is multi-faceted with seeking out new customers/business, build existing services, ensure quality service, and meet performance standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Prospecting through cold calls, network and referrals to develop new business.
  • Solves problems related to customer sales.
  • Manages territory as directed and assigned.
  • Implement and promote growth strategies for both company and customer.
  • Maintains and updates files for current and perspective customers.
  • Remains updated on competition and the competitive marketplace - i.e. sales, ideas, designs, alternatives, etc.
  • Investigates complaints and resolves billing and service issues to benefit all parties with corrective measures.
  • Comply with administration and reporting requirements.
  • Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, and / or customer service.
  • Possess a valid Drivers License and a Clear Drivers Abstract. Travel will be required.
  • Background in sales and industry knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
  • Proven knowledge of providing customer service excellence.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Strong drive and desire to succeed and grow business.
  • Proven ability to work independently, while being a team player to the greater sales team.
