Job Role: This person will be responsible for managing relationships with specific customers for the organization. Will interact directly with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, provide information, and ensure client satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains regular contact with assigned customers, analyzing their needs using complex sales/service solutions and service agreements.
- Targets and secures strategic international business, and facilitates rate increases as necessary.
- Achieves established sales targets and identifies opportunities for automated shipping systems at customer sites.
- Acts as the liaison between the customer and company, maintaining comprehensive customer profiles and ensuring a broad and deep relationship within the customer organization.
- Provides updates to management on competitive activity and completes sales reports as required.
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to infiltrate senior customer levels and represent value
- Knowledge of technology applications in business ( CRM's )
- Bachelor's degree related to sales (Nice to have)
- Presentations Skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle to successfully fulfill the job responsibilities.
